星期六, 7月 4th, 2009My ubuntu desktop encountered severe problem yesterday , low graphic mode warning first, then display setting, wireless driver broke, and after my some attempts to fix, it can’t startx, or even recognize the network interface.Too weird!
This is the severest error ever on ubuntu I’ve met since I delelted win xp and started ubuntu-only life 9 months ago. I have more than 4 years experience on it, but this can’t help me out . Now the only choice left to me is reintall it.
BTW, I’m now running live cd to backup and surf the net:)
偶遇亿万富翁
星期五, 12月 26th, 2008巴黎贝甜真是什么人物都有,有搞成功学培训其实欠了银行一屁股债的; 有定期来这里研究福利彩票的; 有对外中文家教的; 有人民广场相亲父母来这里吹嘘自己儿女怎么怎么样的。。。
今天因为需要插头,坐到了一个家伙的斜对面,听到我之前和人聊计算机相关的,就让我帮他个忙, 他的桌面图标全不见了。几下鼠标之后搞定,呵呵,又问我做什么业务, 慢慢聊了起来。 渐渐知道他是从投行出来的,非常了解公司兼并拆分,IPO之类的, 金融, 管理,财务,会计, 法律等等都非常熟悉,在香港工作过, 当过亚洲区副总裁,每年收入最少1千万,现在看到了机遇,出来自己做,和私募基金有关。就这么谈了1个多小时, 听他谈了很多感想, 临走的时候, 他说:“你非常坦诚”。
匆忙之中写的辞职感言,摘录部分
星期六, 12月 20th, 2008忙着拷贝, 清除个人资料, 还这还那, 还要写离别信。 在信中稍微发挥了一下,就把同事们全唬住了, 呵呵, 其实才用了一成功力。以下是一小部分:
对于我的离开, 请不用surprise, 了解我的人知道, 我是不喜欢呆在 comfort zone的. 这边的氛围很好, 可是我喜欢变化, When change is needed, I follow my heart.
对于我的去向, 请不用worry, If I have a dream, I make it happen. When there’s faith, there’s no fear. Freedom is my destination and I’m already ready.

Dream what you want to dream; go where you want to go; be what you want to be, because you have only one life and one chance to do all the things you want to do.
May you have enough happiness to make you sweet, enough trials to make you strong, enough sorrow to keep you human, enough hope to make you happy.
Always put yourself in others’ shoes. If you feel that it hurts you, it probably hurts the other person, too.
The happiest of people don’t necessarily have the best of everything; they just make the most of everything that comes along their way.
Happiness lies for those who cry, those who hurt, those who have searched, and those who have tried, for only they can appreciate the importance of people who have touched their lives. Love begins with a smile, grows with a kiss and ends with a tear.
The brightest future will always be based on a forgotten past, you can’t go on well in life until you let go of your past failures and heartaches.
When you were born, you were crying and everyone around you was smiling. Live your life so that when you die, you’re the one who is smiling and everyone around you is crying.
Please send this message to those people who mean something to you, to those who have touched your life in one way or another, to those who make you smile when you really need it, to those that make you see the brighter side of things when you are really down, to those who you want to let them know that you appreciate their friendship.
And if you don’t, don’t worry, nothing bad will happen to you, you will just miss out on the opportunity to brighten someone’s day with this message.
时间管理zz
星期五, 11月 28th, 2008时间管理是取得成功的一个重要的保障,但很多人由于缺少这方面的意识,从而浪费了大量的时间。李践指出,人们浪费时间的原因主要分成主观和客观两大类:其中主观原因有缺乏明确的目标,拖延,缺乏优先顺序,想做的事情太多,做事有头无尾,缺乏条理和整洁,不懂授权,不会拒绝别人的请求,仓促决策,行动缓慢,懒惰和心态消极。客观原因有上级领导浪费时间(开会、电话、不懂授权),工作系统浪费时间(访客 、官样文章、员工离职等),生活条件浪费时间(通讯、环境、交通、朋友闲聊、家住郊区等)。
生命是有限的,如何在短暂的生命历程中创造出更大的辉煌,李践提出了14项时间管理的法则:
首先是要明确目标,目标能最大限度地聚集你的资源(包括时间)。因此,只有目标明确,才能最大限度地节约时间。
其次,要分清轻重缓急。时间管理的精髓在于分清轻重缓急,设定优先程序,成功人士都是以分清主次的办法来统筹时间的,即把时间用在最有”生产力”的地方。
第三是要制定计划,写成清单。用玫琳凯的话说:”每晚写下次日必须办理的六件要务,挑出了当务之急,便能照表行事,不至于把时间浪费在无谓的事情上。”
第四是遇事要马上做,现在就做。
第五是要遵循第一次做好、次次做好的原则。如果第一次没做好,就浪费了做好事情的时间。
第六是要专心致志,不要有头无尾。
第七是要珍惜今天,当日事当日毕。请记住:要有好的明天,请从今天开始。
第八是要养成整洁和条理的习惯。
第九是要养成快速的节奏感。这样不仅能提高效率,节约时间,给人以良好的作风形象,而且也是健康的表现。
第十是要设定完成期限。
第十一是要善于利用零散时间。把零散时间用来从事零散的工作,从而最大限度地提高工作效率。
第十二是运用成功日志法。几乎所有的伟人都有把想法记录下来的习惯,日志是成功者必备的条件。
第十三是要善用节省时间的工具。包括电话、电子邮件、传真等通讯手段以及交通、电脑、办公自动化设备。
第十四是要对业余时间进行管理。
