民房还是办公室？这是一个问题。

软件创业公司首选民房，呵呵。于是昨天在华师大附近找民房，在小罗中介的带领下先后看了4家，直到最后一家才比较满意，中介也答应帮我保留几天。今天原本说好是带其他兄弟去验收并打算交订金的，没想到来了一场突如其来的转变。

这两天对“出租”特别敏感，电线杆上的， 宣传栏的，反正路上贴着的大小字报，只要带“出租”两字的，基本都不会放过。地铁下来，就快到华师大的时候，看到某个公司门口挂着一个“出租办公室”的牌子，虽然很不起眼， 还挂的很高，我岂肯放过！电话之，然后就和她“闪婚”了。真正看和谈的时间估计不会超过半个小时。

房子还是很干净的，里面还有办公桌，无线上网，价格是民房价，而且只要出电费就可以了;交通方便，离金沙江路步行就几分钟，离中山公园站就一站; 楼下24小时有保安，有食堂，华师大就在旁边，所以各类设施都很齐全。 房东原本就是创业者，97年开始的， 办公室就在我们隔壁，我们的那间还是她们刚腾出来的，所以比她出租的其他办公室明显要好…总之性价比非常高！

办公，办公， 开始干活！

ps. 放了小罗半个鸽子，电话表示了一下歉意。

使用ubuntu8.10一个月后， 系统越来越不稳定：

安装后问题：
1,  声卡驱动不好， 全是爆破音
2, 没法找到无线驱动，只能用有线
使用一段时间后，其他问题不断出来：
3, 经常在启动时因某个程序没法启用而死机， 关闭这个程序会又有下一个程序， 重启几次可能又突然能进入了
4, 死机比较频繁

鉴于8.10顽疾难除，就直接上9.04 alpha 2,  60K/s, 大概更新了3个多小时。 目前情况非常好：
1,  识别出了无线网络， 大赞！
2,  运行很稳定
出现的问题有：
1,  flash的浏览器插件不能工作了
2, 一些软件的配置文件被覆盖了，  如 fcitx的输入法配置, cvsd的cvs用户名需要重新设置
3, virtualbox 没法启动了， 重装virtualbox后解决。

解决了这些问题后， 9.04 alpha 2 目前很稳定， 除了老问题没有好的声卡驱动外，原来的其他问题都不见了。
